Order Cancelation:

1)     Alwadi Store has the right to cancel the order in the following conditions:

The payment transaction is declined or not approved.

2)     The customer delays payment for more than one hour after accessing the payment link.

3)     The delivery address or contact information provided by the customer is incorrect, or there is an inability to reach the customer.

4)     The customer fails to collect the order or delays in picking it up for more than seven working days after payment has been made electronically under the "In-store Pickup" service.

Legal Warranties of products on Alwadi Store:

Pumps and Submersibles Warranty for Zetalia, Grundfos

1)     The pump is covered by a two-year warranty from the invoice date when purchased from the showroom and a 24-month warranty when purchased from the ALWADI online store. Accessories and spare parts are covered for six months from the invoice date.

2)     The original invoice must be presented to claim the warranty.

3)     The warranty covers repairs of the product. The product may be returned within three days of the invoice date, provided it is unused and in the same condition as when purchased, including original packaging. A replacement will be provided for manufacturing defects if the product is irreparable.

4)     The warranty covers defects or malfunctions caused by manufacturing issues. It does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from misuse, improper installation, incorrect operation, failure to follow maintenance instructions, or damage caused by consumer misuse. The company is not responsible for any additional costs, expenses, or fees arising from these issues.

5)     The warranty does not cover consumable items or materials that need periodic replacement.

6)     The warranty will be void if the product is tampered with, disassembled, repaired at unauthorized service centers, or if non-original parts are used.

7)     If the customer requests on-site maintenance (where available), they are responsible for transporting the product to an authorized service center.

8)     The product will be inspected at ALWADI Specialized Co. service centers. If the warranty conditions are met, ALWADI Specialized Co. will cover the repair costs and replace any parts damaged due to manufacturing defects, or replace the product if it cannot be repaired. The company is not liable for any damages caused by product defects, as outlined in Section 4 of the warranty terms.

9)     Installation, operation, and regular maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the user manual instructions.

10) The warranty does not cover any damage caused by connecting the submersible pump’s wire to another electrical wire inside the tank or operating the pump without water.

Central Water Heaters (ROOD) Warranty

The water heater body is covered by a five-year warranty.

Spare parts are covered by a two-year warranty.

Warranty Conditions:

The warranty does not cover heaters installed outdoors without protection from direct sunlight and adverse weather conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or misuse of the water heater.


Puricom Water Filters Warranty

  1. The water filter is covered by a 2-year warranty.
  2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or misuse.

Pumps and submersible warranty for Riverpure, Aquarina, Starrite, Umbra Submersibles

The following general rules and conditions are integral to the warranty terms for pumps and submersibles:

1)     Dry Operation: Dry running or operation without water flow can cause severe damage to the pump or submersible components. To prevent this, the unit must be protected by an appropriate float, sensor, or pressure switch. The installation should ensure that dry operation is avoided. Submersible operation must only occur when fully submerged with the proper water flow rate, as specified for artesian submersibles.

2)     Capillary Cable: When using submersibles, a properly sized capillary cable must be used to prevent voltage drops during operation.

3)     Automatic Operation: For automatic operation of 1-phase pumps or submersibles, a float switch with an amperage rating equal to or greater than the nominal current of the pump/submersible must be used. Alternatively, a control panel may be employed.

4)     Overload Protection: An appropriately sized breaker must be installed to protect 1-phase pumps/submersibles from short circuits.

5)     3-Phase Pumps/Submersibles: 3-phase pumps or submersibles must be operated via a control panel equipped with appropriate protection, including safeguards against short circuits, overloads, voltage fluctuations, and phase interruptions. Sewage submersibles and artesian submersibles should also include sensors.

6)     Installation for 1-Phase Pumps (3 to 5 HP): 1-phase pumps from 3 to 5 HP must be connected to a control panel that protects against overloads and short circuits.

7)     Start/Stop Cycle: Repeated starting and stopping of pumps or submersibles can cause motor damage. The interval between stopping and restarting should be at least 5 minutes for pumps and at least 15 minutes for submersibles.

8)     Operating Range: Pumps should always operate within their designated flow rate range. Running the pump at rates below the minimum or above the maximum flow can lead to frequent damage, which is not covered under warranty.

9)     Temperature: If the temperature drops below freezing, water inside the pump may freeze, causing severe damage to the components. This type of damage is not covered by the warranty. It is recommended to empty the pump of water after use to prevent freezing.

10) Water Quality: Pumps and submersibles (except sewage submersibles) are designed to pump clean water. The presence of sediments, sand, gravel, or other debris in the water can damage the pump components and void the warranty.

11) Sewage Submersibles: Sewage submersibles are designed to pump sewage water. Warranty coverage is voided if the water contains sand, gravel, or large debris that may damage the submersible. However, this does not apply to sewage submersibles equipped with a float.

12) Plunger Maintenance: A plunger should be operated at least once a week to prevent stiffness due to prolonged underwater storage. If the plunger is used frequently, it should be removed from the water after each use, cleaned, and stored properly. The plunger shaft should be rotated before restarting.

13) Volumetric Pumps: Volumetric pumps with small impellers tend to become stiff quickly if not operated regularly. These pumps should be operated at least every 3 days to maintain optimal performance.

14) Improper Use of Plunger: Warranty is voided if the plunger is operated directly on a center pivot or garden sprinkler network.

Warranty Conditions for Pressure Devices, Pressure Tanks, Pressure Switches, and Electric Floats

The following general rules and conditions are integral to the warranty terms for pressure devices, pressure tanks, pressure switches, and electric floats:

  1. Amp Rating: The nominal pump amperage must not exceed the amperage rating of the associated pressure device, electric float, or pressure switch.
  2. Maximum Pumping Height: The maximum pumping height should not exceed 80% of the specified restart pressure of the compressor.
  3. Maximum Pump Pressure: The maximum pump pressure must not exceed the operating pressure of the pressure tank, pressure switch, or pressure device.
  4. Air Pressure in Pressure Tank: The air pressure in the pressure tank must be adjusted to match the restart pressure of the pump.
  5. Pressure Monitoring: Air pressure in the pressure tank should be monitored and adjusted at least every six months to compensate for any air loss through the valve.
  6. Start/Stop Cycle: Successive or repeated operation and stopping of the pump will void the warranty. The time between stopping and restarting the pump should not be less than 5 minutes to avoid damage.

Warranty Conditions for Desalination Units

The following general rules and conditions form an integral part of the warranty terms for desalination units:

  1. Open Tank Use: Desalination units used to feed an open tank are not covered under the warranty.
  2. Continuous Operation: Operating desalination units continuously without allowing for regular stops will void the warranty.
  3. Pressure Tank Compatibility: Desalination units must be used in conjunction with a pressure tank that has a capacity no greater than 15% of the unit’s productivity.
  4. Extended Non-Use: If a desalination unit is not used for a period exceeding two weeks, certain parts may be damaged, potentially requiring filter replacements. This damage is not covered by the warranty.
  5. Water Quality: Desalination units are designed for use with public network water where salt content does not exceed 900 mg/L. Using well water or high-salt water during a public network outage may result in damage to the unit’s components, which is not covered by the warranty.
  6. Filter Replacement: To maintain optimal performance, the primary treatment filters must be replaced based on water consumption:
  • For units producing 75 gallons/day, replace filters every 2,500 gallons of use.
  • For units producing 225 gallons/day, replace filters every 5,000 gallons. Failure to replace filters according to the specified schedule or consumption rate will lead to damage to the reverse osmosis membranes and other components, and such damage is not covered by the warranty.
  1. Drain Line Blockage: Blocking or closing the drain water line will cause severe damage to the desalination unit and is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Conditions for Desalination for Pedrollo Fountain Pumps, Sewage Pumps % Pressure Kits


Pedrollo items warranty period for electrical appliances is two years. Warranty period for supplies and spare parts is six months from the date of issuance of the invoice.

General rules and conditions of the warranty policy: -

1.     The original invoice must be brought.

2.     The product must be within the warranty period according to the original sales invoice.

3.     The warranty means repairing the product and replacement is only approved for products that it cannot be repaired in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product with the first Operation and within six days from the date of the invoice the product can be replaced or returned if it cannot be repaired.

4.     The warranty covers any defect or malfunction in the product resulting from a manufacturing defect and does not the warranty cover defect or malfunctions resulting from misuse, mis installation, mis operation, or failure to follow the product’s periodic maintenance instructions.

5.     The warranty does not include materials or consumable parts of the product that need to be replaced periodically.

6.     Tampering with the product, disassembling it, or maintaining it outside unauthorized centers or using non-original spare parts voids the warranty.

7.     The customer is responsible for bringing the product to one of the company’s branches. If the customer requests on-site maintenance service, he shall bear the external maintenance fees in addition.

8.     For spare parts/products not covered by warranty, the product is examined at the company’s maintenance centers if the warranty conditions are met.

9.     The company bears the cost of maintenance and spare parts damaged due to a manufacturing defect or replacement of the product if it cannot be repaired. The company does not bear any costs incurred as a result of any damage caused by a product malfunction, whatever the reasons.

10. Installation, operation and periodic maintenance must be carried out according to the recommendation’s user manual included with the product

11. In the event of a leak or malfunction in the product, the product must be stopped immediately and sent to the company.

12.  The warranty does not cover any additional damage due to delayed repair of the product

13. The product, except for the submersibles, must be installed in a good dry place ventilation is protected from water dripping on it.

14. The electrical supply voltage must be identical to the nominal voltage of the product, with a difference not exceeding 5% with the load at the motor terminals, while the wells artesian allows a decrease of no more than 3%.

15. Electrical power supply by generators may damage some parts.

16. Electrical defect in the product and voids the warranty

Warranty terms for pumps and submersible pumps:

1.     The above general rules and conditions are an integral part of the warranty conditions.

2.     Dry operation or operation without water flow causes damage to product parts.

3.     It must be protected using appropriate protection such as floats or sensors. Pressure switch should be installed to prevent dry running and must be prevented. Operate the submersible pumps only when fully submerged with cooling water flowing at the rate specified in the case of artesian wells.

4.     A wire of a size suitable for the load must be used to avoid voltage drop during operation.

5.     In case of automatic operation of the 1-phase product, a float with an ampere must be used operating at least the nominal amperage of the product, otherwise use a control panel.

6.     A circuit breaker of appropriate size must be used to protect the 1-phase product from short circuits.

7.     3 phase pumps/submersibles must be operated by a control panel equipped with appropriate protection to prevent short circuits and over currents. Load or voltage drop and one of the phases is out, including the sensors in the case of sewage and artesian submersible pumps

8.     1 phase pumps from 3 to 5 HP must be installed with a control panel to protect it from overload and short circuits.

9.     The repeated and successive operation and stopping of pumps/submersibles due to engine damage. When selecting boosters, care must be taken to ensure that the time between he operating stoppage shall not exceed 5 minutes and for submersibles not less than 15 minutes

10. The actual operating point must be within the appropriate operating range for pump/submersible. Operating the submersible pump at a flow rate lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum may result in recurring damage not covered by warranty

11. A temperature drops below zero degrees Celsius causes the water inside the pump to freeze, resulting in severe damage to the pump parts, and does not include warranty. The pump must be emptied of water after it stops.

12. Pumps/submersibles (except sewage submersibles) are suitable for pumping clean water. The presence of sediments with the water may lead to damage to parts pump out of water after stopping

13. Different types of sewage submersible pumps are suitable for pumping sewage water. The warranty is voided in the event of sand, rust or long cuts in water that lead to damage to the diver’s parts and are not covered by the warranty, except for submersibles drainage with grinder

14. The diver must be operated at least once a week to avoid the diver becoming stiff due to being stored underwater. Applications that require diver operation at intervals, it is necessary to lift the diver out of the water after use, and it must be washed before storage, taking care to ensure that the shaft rotates submersible before restarting

15. Volumetric pumps (with small impeller) harden quickly when it stops working and must be operated at least every 3 days.

 Warranty terms: Pressure devices, pressure tanks and pressure switches and electric buoys: -

1.     The above general rules and conditions are an integral part of the warranty conditions.

2.     The nominal ampere of the pump shall not exceed the ampere of the device Electric float pressure / pressure switch.

Delivery Policy:

Shipping and Delivery Cost:

Shipping and delivery services are available only within the Riyadh region and are based on the weight and size of the product packaging. The standard rates are as follows:

3.     Exceeding 15 Kg weight is subject to additional charges of 1 for every extra 1 Kg

4.     Delivery time may vary between 1 to 3 working days, depending on the order placement time and the shipping companies' workload.

5.     Orders are processed for delivery within 24 hours of receipt and then shipped to the delivery company.

6.     Orders received before 12:00 PM are handed over to the shipping company on the same day, while orders received after 12:00 PM are delivered to the shipping company on the next working day.

7.     Cash payment on delivery is subject to extra charges of 8 along with the shipment charges

8.     Card payments upon delivery are subject to an additional fee of 8 SAR, plus 1.75% of the purchase value, in addition to the shipping charges.

9.     Over purchase of 1500 delivery charges will be waved off

3)     You are liable for compensating the store for any losses or damages caused by fraudulent or insincere orders, or any actions that result in inconvenience or time wastage.

4)     In the event of a policy violation, the store may claim any outstanding amounts and seek compensation for any damages incurred. The store retains the right to pursue legal action, including filing civil or criminal cases against you.

Return and exchange terms:

1.     For products purchased in-store, returns or exchanges must be made at the same store location.

2.     All returned or exchanged products will be subject to inspection by the relevant department to ensure they meet the required packaging standards and include all accessories. Acceptance or rejection of the return, exchange, or cancellation will be determined based on this inspection.

3.     If the return, exchange, or cancellation is due to an error in the order or damage to the product, the customer will not be responsible for shipping or delivery fees.

4.     If the return, exchange, or cancellation is initiated by the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees and a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the value of the returned product.

5.     Refunds for website purchases will only be issued via bank transfer.

6.     Refunds will be processed through a bank transfer to the customer's account, in accordance with the conditions outlined above.

Imposed Fees: These refer to the amount deducted from the invoice value to cover the costs of preparation, loading, and transportation of the goods. The fee will be either thirty (30) riyals or 5% of the invoice value, whichever is greater.

Steps to return and exchange the order:

2. Our customer service representative will assist you with the delivery process, whether through a shipping company or by directly delivering the product to the warehouse. Please note that the return or exchange request will be cancelled if the products are not delivered within three (3) days.

3. If the delivery is made through a shipping company, please provide us with the tracking number.

4. Upon receipt of the products, the relevant department will conduct an inspection and notify you of the acceptance or rejection, based on the products' compliance with the specified conditions.

Replacement of Devices with Manufacturing Defects:

ALWADI store will replace devices with manufacturing defects within three (3) days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

1. The device must be free from scratches or signs of misuse.

2. The original box, along with all accessories and user manuals, must be provided.

 Maintenance:

ALWADI store is committed to delivering the best after-sales services to its customers, including maintenance, spare parts availability, and ensuring product quality in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The terms and conditions outlined in the service contract provided to the customer at the time of purchase will apply.

General Exclusions from the Manufacturer's Warranty:

1. Defects or malfunctions caused by the consumer’s misuse, failure to follow usage instructions, negligence, accidents, vandalism, unauthorized maintenance, or neglect in performing recommended maintenance.

2. f the serial numbers have been altered or tampered with.

3. Paint defects, scratches, or issues resulting from improper installations not authorized by the manufacturer.
