Delivery Policy:

Shipping and Delivery Cost:
Shipping and delivery services are available only within the Riyadh region and are based on the weight and size of the product packaging. The standard rates are as follows:
1) Shipment charges: 25
2) Weight Limit: 15 Kg
3) Exceeding 15 Kg weight is subject to additional charges of 1 for every extra 1 Kg
4) Delivery time may vary between 1 to 3 working days, depending on the order placement time and the shipping companies' workload.
5) Orders are processed for delivery within 24 hours of receipt and then shipped to the delivery company.
6) Orders received before 12:00 PM are handed over to the shipping company on the same day, while orders received after 12:00 PM are delivered to the shipping company on the next working day.
7) Cash payment on delivery is subject to extra charges of 8 along with the shipment charges
8) Card payments upon delivery are subject to an additional fee of 8 SAR, plus 1.75% of the purchase value, in addition to the shipping charges.
9) Over purchase of 1500 delivery charges will be waved off
10) While we make every effort to coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of your order, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
11) Upon receiving the shipment, the customer should carefully inspect the package for any damage caused during shipping or signs that it has been previously opened.
